FAQ

Q: Can I bring decorations?
A: Yes you can decorate the party room. You can have access to the party room while the group is playing the escape room if there is not already a different group occupying the party room.
Q: Can I add more participants?
A: Yes, you can add more participants. If adding more participants bumps you up into the next group size, The Quandary needs at least a 24hr notice.
Q: Does an adult need to play?
A: For kids under 14, there needs to be an adult in the room. They do not need to participate. However, groups will kids under the age of 11 or 12 probably will need adult help. Groups of kids 14-17 there needs to be an adult on the premises, but not in the room
Q: Can I bring my own food/cake?
A: Absolutely! You can bring your own food. The Quandary will provide light refreshments (usually chips and juice).
Q: Do you have any places you recommend for food?
A: There are lots of good places nearby to order from. Call us and we can recommend some.
Q: Can I bring alcohol?
A: Unfortunately, you cannot bring alcohol onto the premises.
Q: Do you offer any media options?
A: Yes! We have a TV in the room that can play YouTube, or Disney+/Hulu. It can also cast stuff from your device. We also have a speaker in the room to play music.
